We’re Back & Bigger Than Ever!
The 4th Annual Celtic Festival Fundraiser is back and it’s bigger than ever! Hosted by VFW Post 2661 in Washington, MO; you’ll find fun for the whole family!
Dance a jig along with the Celtic bands and Irish dancers. The sound of bagpipes will fill the day as an Irish Piper wanders the grounds!
Visit our Whisky, Wine, & Beer Tasting Tent and get a bite to eat. The “Celtic Nachos” are a must-have!
Of course, no Celtic festival is complete without Highland Games! We invite you to participate – learn from expert athletes from Ancient Athletics as you try your hand at the caber toss or stone throw! Even the kiddos can play in the small-scale version of the games!
The entertainment line-up is amazing and includes The Shamrock Irish Dancers, Plaid to the Bone, and The St. Louis Legion of Honor! We’ve also got sheepdog herding, a petting area for the kids, a bouncy castle, amazing food and drink, and opportunities to win money and prizes!
So put on a kilt or your favorite Celtic-themed outfit and join us in raising money for our Veterans while we celebrate Scottish and Irish culture on September 14th from 10 am – 6pm!
Event Rules
Pets are prohibited (except for service animals) in accordance with the City of Washington Ordinance.
No outside food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the event area. Food and beverages are available for purchase.
Entry to event requires the purchase of a ticket. Wristbands are issued at the gate when tickets are redeemed and must be worn at all times while in the event.
All ticket sales are final – no returns or reimbursements. Event will be held rain or shine.
VFW Celtic Festival is seeking sponsors for our 4th annual fundraiser so we can take our 2024 event to the next level.
All proceeds go directly to our Veterans to assist them with accessing benefits, medical/mental health services, job/skills training, preventing homelessness, and much more. Your support stays in our community!
